Covid Statement for Viewings:
Due to current legislation set by the Government it is now required that you book to view our show house. The hours of viewing will be between 10am and 4pm. You will be required to provide ID details by way of photographic and address confirmation. Evidence of Cash deposits and/or MIP will also be required to ensure that serious purchasers are given priority for all viewings. Viewings will be 10 mins apart and you will be required to provide your own PPE although hand sanitiser will be provided by us if needed. We hope that this meets with most peoples approval – if there is anything that you think would exempt you from providing any of the details herein do let us know. If anyone has any symptoms and isn’t wearing PPE then they will not be permitted entry to the show house. We have to protect each other and our staff who will also be on the premises during your viewing.
